Group booking with walking tour companies

Check out the various walking tour companies that we work with to help protect the Path, and who can help you with your book group booking enquiries. Some of them offer multi-base options or you can stay in the same place and be taken to different stretches of the Path nearby every day it's up to you. You can also choose between self-led and guided options.

Along the coast of Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and Dorset there are lots of places to stay, eat and drink and take place in exciting coastal activities and cultural experiences as part of your South West Coast Path experience.

All the businesses listed on our place finder support our work to care for the Path as Way Makers and love welcoming walkers using the Trail - with many of them offering single night stays. You can even pick up a stamp for your Coast Path Passport at many of them.

Whether you want to pitch your tent for a night, find a cosy B&B or hotel, make a base to explore from, stop off for lunch or a pint, kayak along the coast, or find your next Coast Path Passport Stamping Point, just click the blue button and it will take you to our place finder.  Type in the location you're looking for  - all our Way Maker businesses are within 5 miles of the Path and many right on the Trail - select the filters and find what you're looking for!

If you want to camp, there are plenty of official campsites close to the Coast Path.  There is no right to wild camp beside the Path unless you ask the landowner before pitching (sorry, we can’t help you find out who that is!).
