Minehead to Combe Martin

This walk takes in the entire coastline of Exmoor National Park, with its mix of quaint villages, moorland, rugged cliffs and dense coastal woodlands. There are some strenuous climbs as you make your way to the end point at Combe Martin, past the highest point on the Coast Path at Great Hangman. It’s fantastic all year round, although Autumn is a particular highlight when the vast swathes of heathland on the Exmoor coast. Clovelly to Tintagel

A strenuous stretch of Coast Path taking in the North Devon Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Hartland Peninsula before crossing the county boundary into Cornwall. There are some dramatic headlands that contrast with numerous picturesque river valleys, making this one of the most diverse sections of Coast Path. Exmouth to Lyme Regis 

30 miles in 4 days (Difficulty: Easy)

This section takes in part of the Jurassic Coast, England’s first UNESCO designated natural World Heritage Site. It begins in Exmouth with the oldest red Triassic rocks and travels the length of the East Devon coast to Lyme Regis in Dorset. Along the way it’s fairly easy walking past Budleigh Salterton and across the River Otter before becoming more strenuous as you reach the regal town of Sidmouth and beyond to its final destination. Find out more...
