Walking with just a day pack of essentials whilst having your bags carried between overnight stops, makes the walking much easier and more enjoyable.

You can also pack a few more 'luxuries' without having to worry about the weight. Several companies will move your bags between your overnight stops – just arrange beforehand to leave it with the proprietor of your hotel, B&B or campsite in the morning and they will arrange for it to be delivered to your next night’s accommodation.

  Established in West Cornwall in 2009, Luggage Transfers Ltd is the only baggage courier service that covers all 630 miles of the South West Coast Path, as well as a large selection of inland routes across the region. Each year, between March and October, we are trusted by independent walkers and walking holiday companies alike to safely deliver over 35,000 bags to more than 2000 locations including B&Bs, pubs, campsites, private addresses and transport stations. Transfers start from £18 per day, and next day bookings are welcome.
