The South West Coast Path attracts over 9 million people every year, putting more than £520 million of visitor spend into the local economy and supporting over 10,000 jobs. As champion's of the Path, we are facing increasing challenges when it comes to climate change, coastal erosion and increased usage of the trail, so gaining support from the business community to help protect it is crucial. As a National Trail, the Coast Path is also embedded in the nation’s steadfast passion for walking and our growing recognition of outdoor spaces as places that connect us with nature.
