Walk - Blue Hills Tin Mine Walk
3.3 miles (5.2 km)
Trevaunance Cove car park - TR5 0RX Trevaunance Cove car park
Moderate - There is a short sharp climb at the start of the walk, followed by a steep descent into the Trevallas Coombe beyond.
A relatively gentle walk through some of the industrial relics of one of the most important areas of the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site. With an optional visit to Cornwall's only surviving tin stream works, the route travels through the remnants of Wheal Kitty before returning along a high footpath to the car park at Trevaunance. A good walk for children, who will enjoy the mining history and the high views.
