Path diversion: Plymouth

Plymouth: Jennycliff

The section of Coast Path below the road between Jennycliff and Bovisand on the eastern edge of Plymouth is closed whilst work is underway to replace a large timber staircase along the route, and undertake improvements to the surface and signage. This work should be complete by the end of March 2014. Whilst the path is closed walkers have to follow the adjacent Staddon Road which runs immediately above the path.

Please take care as this section of the road has no footway.
