The Langstone Cliff Hotel are proudly supporting the South West Coast Path Challenge by organising this beautiful walk from their hotel in Dawlish Warren to Exeter. The whole Rogers family and hotel team will be completing this challenge and would like to invite all their guests, supporters and local community to join them.

The walk begins on the crisp seafront before heading inland past Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve and the Exe Estuary, both boasting stunning views of quaint boats and a wealth of wildlife. 

The route not only offers a scenic seaside backdrop but also long stretches of green countryside on either side of the Estuary. Along the way, you will pass the village of Starcross and the incredible landmark which is Powderham Castle before following the winding River Exe up to the busting town of Exeter. 

The group will be stopping off at the end for a pit stop at the pub to rehydrate and recuperate before catching the train back to the hotel (tickets are £4.20 for adults, and not included in the entry fee).

Salty Dog Kiosk

Relax in the sun where smugglers ran contraband off the beach into the night. Great coffee, proper scones & ice creams. 10am-4pm every day.
