Walk - Combe Martin
3.6 miles (5.8 km)
Kiln Car Park, Combe Martin - EX34 0DH Kiln Car Park, Combe Martin
Moderate - Green lanes, farm tracks, public footpaths, country lanes. Going fairly even underfoot.
This walk takes you from sea level at Combe Martin's lovely beach, which once bustled with coastal vessels, to the hills up high behind the village from stunning panoramic views down the valley to the sea. A good walk in autumn, when the gorse and heather are bright on the heath and the newly-harvested fields are alive with small birds feeding on the fallen seeds.
