Currently the car park at Seatown suffers from a clutter of mis-matched and dated signs. A partnership of local organisations is working together to improve the area. The Association is contributing towards a 4 panel unit close to the seafront and up to 3 panels in the car park close to the footbridge. These will provide info about the Jurassic Coast, local walks, facilities and beach safety.

On Thursday 26th September the South West Coast Path International Friendship Trail was opened at Maple Cross Nature Reserve, Cape Chin in Canada.

Last week was a landmark occasion with the celebratory opening of 6x route change improvements to the South West Coast Path along the 35 mile Exmoor section.
