Path improvements to benefit walkers

Heavy rainfall and water run off had taken their toll on the condition of this popular section of the South West Coast Path, and work to repair the surface and upgrade the drainage was paid for using funds secured by the South West Coast Path Association from the Coastal Communities Fund.

CORMAC and Cornwall Council worked with the neighbouring golf course to rectify the issues caused by water running off the Course, and the Path was rebuilt with drainage improved by increasing the camber of the Path to take the water to the side.
