Our Projects - Durgan - path reroute
On the approach to Durgan the original route of the Coast Path was severed and lost due to a cliff fall which led to a long diversion. During 2015 a new path around the fall was constructed through woodland owned by the National Trust. This fund paid for using the grant the Association secured from the Coastal Communities Fund.
The following winter the new path became muddy and slippery in places and so in 2016 the Association funded the National Trust to put down some stone surfacing.
