Our Projects - Mill Bay

This section of the South West Coast Path is a very popular part of the picturesque Salcombe Estuary in South Devon. The National Trust’s aim in this project is to create improved and safer access for both vehicles and pedestrians at the entrance to Millbay near Salcombe. Thanks to funds raised by the South West Coast Path Association and from the Unlocking our Coastal Heritage project,the project was able to resurface the section within the National Trust ownership by removing the loose material from the broken areas either side of the road on a 33m section.
