The South West Coast Path passes through the National Trust owned Ilfracombe Torrs. Thanks to funds raised by the South West Coast Path Association and from the Unlocking our Coastal Heritage project, the project was able to resurface, improve surface water flow and drainage on the National Trust Car Park and short circular walk around the Ilfracombe Torrs which also includes a section of the South West Coast Path.
On Thursday 26th September the South West Coast Path International Friendship Trail was opened at Maple Cross Nature Reserve, Cape Chin in Canada.

Last week was a landmark occasion with the celebratory opening of 6x route change improvements to the South West Coast Path along the 35 mile Exmoor section.
