Our Projects - Coombe Farm, near Fowey

The track leading from Coombe car park eastwards towards the South West Coast Path at Coombe Haven and Covington is poorly surfaced and is subject to some vehicle traffic. There are many puddles and very muddy sections. The point where the permissive path to Little Coombe Haven leaves the track is difficult to use. Thanks to funds raised by the South West Coast Path Association and from the Unlocking our Coastal Heritage project, this project significantly improved the safety and accessibility of this route leading to the South West Coast Path. The proximity to Fowey and relatively low gradients means that this is a suitable route for less able walkers.
