The Coast Path from Berry Head to St Marys Bay is a very popular section and acts as an important link between the reserve and the wider countryside. Thanks to funds raised by the South West Coast Path Association and from the Unlocking our Coastal Heritage project, the Projects was able to dramatically improve this section by carrying out much needed re-surfacing on a section that had become almost impassable in recent winters.
On Thursday 26th September the South West Coast Path International Friendship Trail was opened at Maple Cross Nature Reserve, Cape Chin in Canada.

Last week was a landmark occasion with the celebratory opening of 6x route change improvements to the South West Coast Path along the 35 mile Exmoor section.
