Our Projects - Revelstoke Drive
2012-13’s wet winter saw Revelstoke Carriage Drive become impassable to walkers and families with pushchairs. In the worst places the mud was over 6” deep. Thanks to funds raised by the South West Coast Path Association and from the Unlocking our Coastal Heritage project, this project removed the layer of mud and soil which had accumulated over the years, stopping this problem from re-occurring for a long time and greatly improving access to this beautiful section of the South West Coast Path.
