Our Projects - Lantivet Lane

Lantivet Lane is a historic track-way from Frogmore Farm between Fowey and Polperro in Cornwall. The farm has a small informal National Trust car park and links to the South West Coast Path at Lantivet Bay. It is one of a network of footpaths in the coastal corridor that give access to visitors to this stretch of the South West Coast Path. Thanks to funds raised by the South West Coast Path Association and from the Unlocking our Coastal Heritage project, this project was able to improve the drainage on the top 60 metres of the path where the spring emerges and to re-grade and re-camber the lower section to keep the water flowing on one side and then escape into the ditch at the bottom.
