Thanks to funds raised by the South West Coast Path Association and from the Unlocking our Coastal Heritage project, the project involved restoring the surface and retaining wall of the historic slipway leading to the beach and Erme river crossing at Mothecombe in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
On Thursday 26th September the South West Coast Path International Friendship Trail was opened at Maple Cross Nature Reserve, Cape Chin in Canada.

Last week was a landmark occasion with the celebratory opening of 6x route change improvements to the South West Coast Path along the 35 mile Exmoor section.
