Our Projects - Praa Sands Mapboard

There were three information panels located on, or adjacent to the South West Coast Path at Praa Sands. The information on these had become out of date and they had become very faded. As a result the Parish Council removed them during 2010. The Parish Council, Cornwall Council and the SWCP Team replaced them giving up to date correct information about the range of circular walks along the SWCP in the area and also information on beach facilities. A fourth Panel was produced with very similar information for use by Praa Sands Holiday Park who promote this section of the Coast Path to their guests on a new mapboard and in leaflets. This also formed part of the Unlocking our Coastal Heritage project.
