“Being brought up in Newhaven, overlooking Seaford Bay I spent most of my youth in, on or near the sea. I have lived in North Devon for the past 35 years and for 30 of those years worked in Further Education. During this time, I have walked most of the SWCP as well as other long-distance footpaths in the UK.
“Supporting and encouraging people to get out and connect with nature is a wonderful vocation as the benefits for individuals can be immediate. I am especially interested in those that have barriers to participating and looking forward to working more community groups and individuals in future.”
