"I grew up in Dorset and have always felt the pull of the coast. What started as being dragged out for a weekend walk with my parents from toddlerhood onwards soon turned into a love of the outdoors and walking. I now live a stone’s throw from the Jurassic Coast and spend as much time as possible either swimming in the sea or walking beside it.
"I have worked for various environmental charities in community engagement roles, and am passionate about sharing my love of the natural world with other people. Working on the Coast Path Connectors project, I have helped people experience the benefits of walking the coast path on their mental and physical health. I am looking forward to continuing this as part of the charity’s core work beyond the end of the project."
