Braunton Burrows Diversion
September 2024 - A temporary path diversion is in place at Braunton Burrows due to resurfacing works along part of American Road. Please follow the signed diversion as shown by the purple line on the map below.
Please also note that the route of the trail around Horsey Island was re-routed several years ago due to a breach in the embankment and associated erosion which has made the route unwalkable. The SWCP follows the inland purple line around Horsey Island.
