Our Director, Esther Pearson

Our Director, Esther Pearson, has tendered her resignation. After four years of excellent work that has seen us move the Association forward a great deal. Esther’s motivations are personal in that she has an opportunity to travel to New Zealand and South Africa this winter with her partner and will be taking her children out of school for some ‘world education’. Esther’s last day in the office will be the 30th November and will continue to be available for handover work until the end of December. Esther will continue to support the Association and in her new capacity as a consultant in 2018 may assist us with important areas of work.

The Association, a registered charity working to protect and conserve the Coast Path, is currently seeking an innovative leader to take this growing charity to the next level of development. Role requires significant experience in the charity sector, Business Plan delivery, working with a volunteer board in managing governance, administration, financial systems and a staff team

Strong ability to generate charitable income and understand the motivations of members, donors and other funders. The Director represents the Charity influencing decision makers, funders, the media, local and national government, with a passion for walking the coast and countryside.
