Club together to support the Coast Path

Local people and businesses are invited to take part in Thurlestone Golf Club’s fourth annual Charity Golf Day on Friday 6th October, in aid of the South West Coast Path Association.

Once again, Thurlestone Golf Club are hosting the event, offering great rates for individuals and teams and providing a fantastic opportunity to play at this stunning coastal golf course for just £60 with a chance to win some great prizes, while raising money to help protect the Coast Path.

The event has been proudly sponsored by Bush & Co. and co-sponsored by Charles Stanley, with a top prize provided by Thurlestone Hotel of dinner, bed and breakfast for two for the winning team. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day courtesy of St Austell Brewery.

This 18-Hole Four Ball-Better-Ball Stableford Competition is just £60 per pair, including a hot two course lunch and set within stunning grounds with its cliff top location and breath-taking views of the legendary Thurlestone Rock to the East and the beautiful Avon Estuary and Burgh Island to the West.

The Thurlestone Golf Course is a perfect example of why the South West Coast should be protected.

Thurlestone Hotel are offering guests a special rate to stay and play as part of the charity golf day to help raise money for the Coast Path, with bed and breakfast from £85 per person (normally £100) based on two people sharing in an inland room on Thursday 5th October (some rooms available for single occupancy).
