Theme: Coastal foraging
Suitable for: adults and accompanied children, first time and regular foragers alike!
Difficulty: As with all routes on the Coast Path, a moderate level of fitness is recommended
Hosted by: Stuart Woodman in partnership with the South West Coast Path Association

Join foraging expert Stuart Woodman, who many of you will recognise from BBC2’s Back to the Land with Kate Humble, for a walk along the Cornish coast near Fowey and learn about the wild edible plants growing along the Path at this time of year, including ideas and suggestions for culinary and medicinal uses. A unique opportunity to add a new dimension to your appreciation and understanding of the nature of the Coast Path, beyond the marvellous sea-views!

Please wear sensible footwear, pack a waterproof and bring plenty of drinking water in a re-usable bottle.

Please note a proffesional photographer will be capturing this event, please make yourself known if you would rather not appear in any photos.
