Our 2017 AGM will be held on FRIDAY 9th June at the Falcon Hotel in Bude. Please contact Debbie at the hotel for special Association rates that weekend. We anticipate the meeting starting at 2pm with a stand-up presentation of our work along with a question and answer session, in the morning. All members are most welcome to attend. We aim to provide a diverse Board of Trustees who have the right range of skills and experience to ensure the best possible governance of the charity. Nominations for Trustees are required ahead of the AGM and we would be delighted if you wanted to stand for election. Send your name and address and that of a proposer and a seconder (both must be members) to the Association by noon on Friday, 1st April 2017. Email: [email protected] or send to us by post.We will send out nominees names with the Spring Newsletter in April. Member resolutions can also be sent in this way by Friday 1st April 2017.
